The objective of this class is to synchronize breathing and movement through a sequence of movements and postures, while remembering to focus on alignement and concentration. This dynamic yoga method will promote a higher body temperature and will therefore purify the inside of our body and therefore eliminate toxins.
Moreover, you will develop strength, flexibility, resistance and balance, while finding peacefulness and vitality.
