Mélanie Armstrong has diplomas in various types of massages and therapeutic technics. She was first trained in India and learned the Indian massage technics, stretchings and asanas practice and benefits, as well as the mastery of oil, according to the ayurvedic theory. Mélanie then followed a more formal training in Geneva, learning other technics including TUI-NA, reflexology and detox massages.
Mélanie evolved in an athletic and international world and naturally decided to develop her technics to follow athletes. She then specilized in "Fascia release" and "Trigger Points" technics, great to prepare athletes before and after their efforts.
She's taken care of various runners, bikers and tri-athletes, including personalities such as Matt Warner Smith for the Race Accross America (RAAM) and Magali Comte, an archer who participated in the last Paralympic Games.
