My name is Benjamin, I am 37 and crossed the French border 7 years ago to work as Event Manager in Champery for 3 years. I then joined a bio shop as a specialized seller and in 2014, I decided to open my own cooking workshop dedicated to what passionates me; healthy food good for the body and mind!
I offer a healthy cooking, glutenfree, lactosefree and without any added sugar!
Come to the Raw-Lab and discover a new way of eating, original recipes and different products, good for the mind and body!
I organize cooking classes for adults and children (in Vevey, in schools or at people's places) as well as special weekends and seminars based on personal development for groups and enterprises.
I also move around with my juice and snack bar for various events and go to markets in Vevey and Lausanne.
